HOW WE CAN HELP
Our process is simple, easy and hassle-free. Once the required documents are submitted to us, we perform a careful review, which includes but not limited to; financial analysis of tax returns, determine adequacy of collateral, debt service capacity of the borrower and assess the financial strength of guarantors. Our credit team then prepares a loan package that is submitted to financial institutions. We work closely with banks and private lender to secure your loan.

Our team has gained extensive experience in commercial lending and risk management working with big commercial and Community banks in the Tri-State area and have insights into the documentation requirements required to meet bank standards.
